Why is this funny? A man is hurt. A deer is maimed if not suffering a slow death.
Yes, this man should have used a rifle. Bow hunting is far more difficult, and results in far more deer hurt without need. I don't know the details of this, I assume the man got complacent to let the deer see him before it died and was hurt as a result. This is tragic. I really do hope the man is all right.
