Weird things theists have told you

I heard him say exactly this just the other day, that atheists believe we're our own god, therefore we can't be atheists. He's a piss-poor Sye Bruggencate wannabe; extremely weird and stupid is a perfect description of him.

It's also an often used argument by apologists and that's probably where the resident christers get their wisdom from. Not so much atheists being their own gods, but more on the lines of atheists know that god exists, they just don't want to admit it.
