Get a teen into a room with some mangled bodies from the latest car crash. When you buy spoons we could view some bloated corpses, heart disease and all. Let's start a petition, you and I?
Course, I don't think it would be very difficult for people to meet this requirement...and I'm not sure what it's supposed to do or why it would matter....but if it means we get to put more regulations on the books and ignore the fact that our gun problem has to do with our failure to enforce -existing regulations-, I'm all for it! What could go wrong?
Nice, spoken like a typical gun nutter. "Other bad shit happens so lets not do anything about this bad shit". Nope, not an argument.
No the reason we cannot enforce current laws, is that we also do not have better laws, and whatever new laws we do come up with, don't mean shit with a flooded gun market. It currently is just a game of whack a mole, and until the gun makers are held responsible for where their products end up, our current laws and or future laws won't mean shit.
Our amount of gun death, from both legal and illegal are a direct result of an industry that markets them like toys and hand them out like candy. I am sick of this bullshit argument. It is nothing more than worship of an object.
