That verse doesn't appear to say what you are. The lying accusation is therefore inflammatory to say the least.

OK, its lets go more specific and detailed...

Its says: strike [them] upon the necks(cut the head off) and cut the "atraf"(arabic word means the endings of your body, some interpreted it as the legs and hands , some interpret it as the fingers of the legs and hands) of the ones who disbelieved(also aka as Infidels in Islam).

Doesn't say kill them infidels still ?
