What most of you falsely assume is that all "children" grow up with your system of values and remain the weaker vessels.
If you never put yourself working in harms way with a troubled teen who thinks through and expresses himself with his fists then I don't believe your in a position to judge the comment made by the preacher completely, whether or not he meant it the way I do.
Punching a kid for acting aggressively and punching a kid for being a smart little shit are two completely different things...
EDIT: I'd suggest you watch the video and determine for yourself whether this guy deserves to be judged or not, before you criticize our judgement.
Like I said I'm sure the preacher is way out of line just the few quotes demonstrate this.
