Certainly there's elements of both, however, last month, so much happened in plain sight on CSpan that you simply can't make people hear about it. As soon as you start listing details (like I did here) folks just act like grade schoolers, mocking when they should be checking. That's how it happened, really.
PS: So far, in 8 hours since posting this, I have had seven distinct people reply for no other reason, than to mock someone for addressing reality.
