Who says hate crime is on the decline with the nationwide police flaunting their right to murder blacks? Does it simply not count if it's official? Because if you take official hate crimes into account, and include our wars of aggression in that as well, you have a much bigger problem than the old posse society, and you have a small sliver of what I'm screaming about.
