That's simply a copy of the survey questions and results in PDF form, printed online. I don't see anywhere that the survey itself was originally conducted online.

But I also don't see how the survey actually was conducted - one would presume via random phone calls, or possibly man-on-the-street interviews. I couldn't find anything about the data-collection method.

ETA: Ah, ok I found it - you have to follow the link from the PDF to the 'online technical document."

And yes, you're right, it's an online survey. Might as well conduct a survey by throwing darts at a board.
