I only used Lilliths story because I know she mentions God's real name and used it as a backing to show I did not want the tittles. My logic behind this was that the person who new about Lilith was probably more likly to know this than anyone else. I've heard it, I just can't remember what it is.
As for full Gnostic, probably not. I sympathise greatly with the Gnostics and am slowly coming to consider myself Gnostic, but I do not have enough material( e.g. Nag Hammadi ect) to decide how far I go or to what sect I belong to. Just to clerify, the Gnostics I sympathis with are more duliste.g. the Hebrew God is nasty and imperfect and the real 'god' is beond the material world. The Fall of man was because of the imperfect God, not human errorsect...
I 'latched on' to Gnosticism because I became sick with the mainstream hypocracy and saw Gnostics as making far more sense. The Dagda is because he was the 'good god' in celtic mythology and I have roots in Ireland-about 5 generations back, so pretty distant-and live in Scotland so have always loved anything celtic and I love the imagery surrounding Dagda.
