Stop bringing up the topic of religion to your mother. If she brings it up, tell her you don't want to discuss it. You can simply say that you have your views and she has hers, but your relationship does not have to change due to these differences. Differences over religion aren't worth throwing away a relationship with your mother. Even if you have significant differences in beliefs, you only have one biological mother.
If you persist in your ways and feel you must move then relocate somewhere else and get a non-skilled labor position. You're still young. They won't give a damn about your lack of job experience yet.
