I just like non public school libraries, school libraries should not ban books. But using them as propaganda on campus outside of voluntary reading material, yes. I can see having a couple copies in the library but again, only a secular reading material. Not something to be used for indoctrination.
If believers want to hand out material as a sales pitch they can do it off campus grounds.
