I didn't believe it this time last week either. It's so preposterous that people reflexively filter it out of their attention. I did the same. But when you stop and look at the evidence, it speaks for itself.

That's what critical thinking is all about. It doesn't stop at the low-hanging fruit of gods and homeopathy.

At the heart of skepticism is three words (via Sam Harris): openness to evidence.

I didn't watch the film seeking to be converted, I simply saw the facial resemblance and it is obvious when you stop and look.
