Dude, you are going to need to do better than "he looks a bit like this other guy!" Like others have pointed out, you can point to disparate points of commonality for just about every human alive, doesn't mean they're related. But then, that's what conspiracy theories are always based around, this cherrypicking of singular points of data that support the pre-drawn conclusion, while ignoring the whole when it doesn't. That's why you're casting such a wide net in impugning Obama; this is about your presupposition that he's bad, not the facts.
