The Birds still have $12 million in cap space, I see Chip making another deal to bring in a WR. Although, being the football genius that I am (Huge heaping of sarcasm here) I would rather see him send the money on the secondary. Even though all the top dogs have been signed, there are a couple of durable CB's and Safeties available. The top of the receiving class is said to be on par with last years class.
