I'm worried about so many people believing things which are at odds which evidence just because they are written in old books, because I think that's dangerous for humanity. And you seem to be one person who does that. No sarcasm.

No, not always, but quite often right enough. When it comes to scientific claims, the holy books on the other hand are almost always wrong. That's why this is a dangerous attitude.
