You really should become familiar with the story, simple errors show simple mindedness. 
Now where does it say in the story that god would allow the world to become over populated, the reason man's numbers grew so fast was the need of many for the family to survive. God never told them to breed huge numbers of children, but all in all God knew the fall would happen and provided for it. God was way ahead of the curve.
