'Pulling the rug' from under the feet of "peacecful believers"?

How is the following not clear:

Ask ISIS, not me.  I think all religion is shit.

ISIS has been addressed in the beginning of the book:

وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ يَقُولُ آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ وَبِالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَمَا هُمْ بِمُؤْمِنِينَ {8}

[Shakir 2:8] And there are some people who say: We believe in Allah and the last day; and they are not at all believers.

يُخَادِعُونَ اللَّهَ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَمَا يَخْدَعُونَ إِلَّا أَنْفُسَهُمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ {9}

[Shakir 2:9] They desire to deceive Allah and those who believe, and they deceive only themselves and they do not perceive.

فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ مَرَضٌ فَزَادَهُمُ اللَّهُ مَرَضًا ۖ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ بِمَا كَانُوا يَكْذِبُونَ {10}
[Shakir 2:10] There is a disease in their hearts, so Allah added to their disease and they shall have a painful chastisement because they lied. 

وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ لَا تُفْسِدُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ قَالُوا إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُصْلِحُونَ {11}
[Shakir 2:11] And when it is said to them, Do not make mischief in the land, they say: We are but peace-makers.

أَلَا إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ الْمُفْسِدُونَ وَلَٰكِنْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ {12}
[Shakir 2:12] Now surely they themselves are the mischief makers, but they do not perceive.

Given that there are these arguments over interpretation so why doesn't Allah send another angel down to tell us how we should be interpreting the Quran? A full commentary on the Quran by Allah would be very much appreciated. It would stop the wars between the different religious groups and mean humanity has an objective, rather than a subjective interpretation of the Quran. At the moment, Allah has left us with a book but not told us what it really means.

If Allah does send down such an angel then I will immediately recite the Shahada, because up until now I've see no evidence to suggest angels exist. If Allah can create a Quran in English so we no longer have to learn Arabic, lest we be accused to supporting the Imperialist Zionist Agenda, that would be great too. Maybe I'm asking for too much when I say I want Allah to give me some new reading material but I think it's a reasonable request. So, Allah, if you're reading this, which I'm sure you are because you know everything: Can I have your (objective) Tafisr for the Quran and an English Quran, please?

Imam Ali collected a full divine commentary of Quran from God and his Messenger, and presented to the first Caliph but he rejected it. The people didn't want the true interpretation but to abuse the Quran for their purposes. 

The family of Mohammad had the true interpretation. Imam Mahdi will bring this Quran full of commentary from God and his Messenger, and it will open the majestic wonders of the Quran to the people. Then there will be no room for twisting and turning away from it's bright signs and using it for evil purposes.
