Some animals would rip you to shreds. Also take into consideration the amount of food you'd need to keep them alive.
And don't forget the shit.
That alone would increase the risk of infection. Can't see how one man can go about shovelling all that crap.
I forgot to mention that many many animals rely on certain climate conditions. So unless you know of a way to have snow on one part of the ship with very hot tempretures on the other, most of the animals would die of that. Even today we couldn't do it.
We couldn't compensate for the genetic defects in the later offspring so all our efforts would of been a waste anyway.

If it wasn't possible then how could all of the animals be saved from that flood? Just think about it.
It's because there was no world wide flood. There may have been a flood but was no where near large enough to in-danger any species.
There you go, a perfectly reasonable explanation.
The flood was over exaggerated.

Mankind's intelligence walks hand in hand with it's stupidity.
Being an atheist says nothing about your overall intelligence, it just means you don't believe in god. Atheists can be as bright as any scientist and as stupid as any creationist.
You never really know just how stupid someone is, until you've argued with them.
