I caught the last portion of the O'Reilly Factor last night, and he urged multiple times, when talking with Megyn Kelly, that people need to start protesting to respect the cops. Multiple times. He suggested to everyone, that they should be out in the streets holding signs that read, "respect the cops". If the people are out of line, I'll stick up for the cops in that instance; if the cops are out of line, I'll call them out on it. The cops as a nation need to get it together, and get on the same page of actually upholding the law, and many need to learn to ignore race, and not lowering themselves to a criminal level. If they don't do that, it's just gang wars, where the cops are a criminal gang vs a street gangs. Yeah, there's definitely a problem with black crime, but it's not necessarily a black problem (because blacks don't make up all crime). It's more of a poverty issue, having no guidance, and not even having an opportunity to get a job or make a life for themselves.
How about signs that say, "everyone respect each other", if you must go out of your way to do that. Try being a little more fair and balanced O'Reilly.

Anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that 'my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.' -Isaac Asimov-
