Yep. A judge with serious ties to Mike Huckabee just happened to order the police report be destroyed, meaning that if Josh Duggar ever re-offends it will legally be his first offense.
And really, who wouldn't re-offend, if they've been given absolutely no help to recover, and have been taught that literally everyone with relevant powers will leap to their defense the moment they get caught?
One of the sisters, who is still a minor, asked through her parents that it be destroyed. According to the police that isn't normally done.
If you look at the police report, it sounds as if one of the older of his younger sisters was not abused but she stated Joshua made her uncomfortable. That means that the youngest victim would have been ten years younger than Joshua. One sister said that he molested another sister when she fell asleep on his lap. I imagine that was his youngest victim that sat on his lap and fell asleep.
The police report is in the link below. The police's notes on the interviews start around page 11. At the very end of the report it states that two lawyers refused to represent Joshua. I wonder why
