Thanks whateverist. On some things I just have to say something.

I have been an atheist since I was in my early 20s and I am 51 years old now. Living in the Bible Belt of the good ole U.S. of A. is not too conducive to my blood pressure, but I still manage to keep my sanity. I am the village atheist of my town, and quite an outspoken one at that.
I don't like Conservatives, especially the Conservative Christians. I call them for what they are: Dominionists. I view myself as an anti-Dominionist. Did I say I don't like Conservative Christian Dominionist traitors? I am being reserved in my feelings about them at this time.
I am a secular humanist too, and a skeptic of claims of the paranormal, UFOs, cryptozoology, and ancient aliens. Don't even get me started on that one!
I once was active in Americans United for the Separation of Church and State, was active in the Atlanta Freethought Society for a short time. But now that I am disabled and can not work any more, I don't get out of the house too often, but I still manage to get around.
Anyway...here I am. Nice to make all of your acquaintances, and looking forward to participating in and starting some good conversations.
Hiyas, Elf. I've come across a couple of your posts already, and am looking forward to reading more -- you seem pretty goddamned sensible.
Hi ya Parkers. Thanks.
