Lol thinking about the cosmos really scares me,i cant sleep at night when i start thinking about them,I feel that it scares me more than it makes me feel better :p
i never smoked weed? how does it feel? i've always been told that weed is bad for health :p

Also, if there is a way you can help others, this can be a great way to feel positive. I'm speaking as a severely depressed person who died inside years ago and is dragging himself through life reluctantly. It can sometimes be the only way I can feel any better. It could be through voluntary work, helping friends or family... anything like that. Helping others has a way of shifting the focus off yourself.
laughter is a good way to feel better but its hard to laugh when you are sad
Yes helping others feels good but i feel like i help other too much and sometimes i wish i was more selfish,people take advantage of my kindness and it makes me sad
