Just go yourself in the philosophy forum and indicate to me a single post that deal with philosophy.

You've made it clear that your definition of "philosophy" differs significantly from that of anyone else.  Much the same way your definition of "sentient" isn't found in any dictionary.  Why would I waste my time pointing to threads in the philosophy forum just so you could insist that they don't meet your bizarre definition of philosophy?  Besides, the last I checked, this isn't the "enrico's forum of crazy-talk" and you don't get to decide what does or doesn't qualify as philosophy or what does or doesn't belong in any specific forum.

It is so sooooo simple but you make it so sooooooo difficult.
Just go in your search engine and click sattvik sentient ........and you will see hundreds of sites in which sattvik and sentient go hand in hand.
Sentient come from Latin while sattvik come from the old sanskrit language but both of them mean the same thing.
Sentient is what is good for you therefore creating progress.
It can be food, people that are good and therefore help you in your progress, way of practicing something that also help you in your progress.
A lot of English language come from Latin, a lot of Latin come from Greek, a lot of Greek come from other languages like Persian and Sanskrit
so if you are really serious about the meaning of words you should go back and back until you find the origin of the words but i doubt that you will do 
that. All you do is believe outright what is written in dictionaries written thousand of years after the words first originate.
You got something in common with religious people that believe outright what is written in books written and rewritten hundred of time from the time in which
the real events occurred.
No wonder you go around with the blinkers on your eyes.
Philosophy follow the same sad story.
Philosophy means love for wisdom therefore a philosopher is someone who search the wisdom.
How do you search such a wisdom?
By creating theories after theories or engaging in some practical way to emerge the knowledge and the wisdom from your superconscious mind?
I am afraid however that you too Ton will follow the bad example of so many people that try to get more knowledge just by reading theories
from other theoretic dreamer.
