No, the rallies are a defiance from the provocation by Muslims who are killing people all over the world because their book is popularly interpreted to spread and occupy by violence. In the same way our grandparents poked the violent nests of Fascists and Nazis, they courageously defied their threats to send the message to all that they would not be cowered, we too send a message that we will not be cowered by threats of beheadings and suicide bombings.
Muslims are comparable to Nazi's, they espouse killing the undisirables and forcing their will without respect of other's rights. Not all Nazi's in Germany killed anybody, and many were horrified to learn what other Nazi's did in their name, yet they were not protected from social wrath because they had still supported the core hatred wrapped up in niceties just as the "moderate" muslims do. The Koran is a book of hate more so than Mein Kampf. Do you condemn your grandparents for the anti-nazi posters of WW2 because it "was an expression of personal hatred?"
You take "PC-ism" too far, sometimes a pig is really a pig and a evil movement is really an evil movement, not an idea worthy of being respected with neighborly tolerance.
