At what point is someone a radical? In Islam controlled countries there is no free speech. It's not the radicals that are the problem, it's the religion.
The same was true of Europe when it was in the grip of the Catholic Church in the dark ages. When a religion is in charge of a country, there is no free speech. It is nothing unique to Islam.
