Directed at everyone, but in response to your post. [imgfit] tags make all images 'fit' the screen. So the smaller images in your post were blown up to the same size as the first image, which was the only large one.
A good rule of thumb if you're using google image search to find images: it shows the size of the image at the bottom of the thumbnail. It's good for images to be under 400 px square or so.
