All he asked was for something logical for his experience. I gave him some. Toss in that NASA did find that "space is something". They do not know what it is, but it suggest that everything is connected. we can toss in magnetic fields and the freedom of electrons to move about too. But my guess is you are only intrested in your emotionally based belief maintaining the safety of your world view.
