An agreement? what do you mean? the lease? the texts? how would the cops help? I'm ignorant of the law in this situation.
When my son and his wife were contemplating a divorce, his wife stayed with her mother but was going to give my son custody of the divorce. My son had agreed that he would not press her for child support until she either got a job or after she finished school. Her mother decided to throw my daughter in law out of the house for allowing my son to have custody. My daugher in law called the police and they informed the mom that she couldn't just kick her daughter out of the house. You have rights and they can't just kick you out without going through some sort of process. It should take longer than a month to evict you
No one wants to see a pregnant woman become homeless so people will be sympathetic to your situation.
