Now...the gay marriage decision will have no such silver lining for the republicunts. If that goes against them they will be shrieking like scorched cats. And that serves them right.
But things like this say to me, don't give up, speak out every day, no matter your income or status. Every voice counts and done on a daily basis, over time, progress can happen. I don't know what happened in the minds of the GOP side of that court, but something changed. This was not the decision I expected from that court.
But as far as gay marriage, the right would be really fucking stupid not to side with gays considering the direction the country is headed. I am not a vengeful person in the least, but only on from a mental observation level, I do enjoy watching right wing nuts go ape shit.
I think America is waking up, maybe not as fast as some would like. But it seems the 30 year religious/corporate nightmare is being exposed.
