One, is a t-shirt that blasphemes against the holy spirit, and one, is an argument that says 3 different entities equal 1 entity. There's a big difference.
There's an argument to be had there by rational minds, and has nothing to do with people's maturity levels.
The person who wears the t-shirt is doing so for the shock value.
The person who argues that Christians a polytheists and not simply trinitarians has scant more reason for making the claim.
He's being deliberately provocative, and he knows that's what he's doing.
