Where is everybody when it comes to 1 Corinthians 7:3-5?

RE: Where is everybody when it comes to 1 Corinthians 7:3-5?
It's an about face from Jewish law which allowed the wife but not the husband to demand sex.   It's not unlimited and the Talmud specifies how much sex she can demand depending the husband's profession.  It even limits how long the husband may be away from home as that would restrict his wife's right to sex.

The only restriction on a Jewish wife refusing sex is that she may not do so for the purpose of punishing the husband.  In that case his only recourse is divorce.

So either Paul got it wrong or Jesus changed the law.
If there is a god, I want to believe that there is a god.  If there is not a god, I want to believe that there is no god.
