How can I say this? It is by the definition of Rape and Spouce

(To force sex against another's will is the definition of Rape. If one submits then and both agree to have sex then it is not rape.)

Um. It is.

Forcing someone to submit, be it by psychological blackmail (in this case), physical abuse or otherwise is not consent.

A woman held at gunpoint agrees to have sex with the man holding the gun. She is being forced to. That's rape.

If a spouse doesn't want to have sex but is being told that it is a sin if they don't, that's blackmail and forcing them to have sex against their will. Rape.
