He's right. If there are aliens advanced enough to come and visit us, we will be totally fucked if they decide to do so. In fact, I am inclined to think that we will be even more completely fucked than the American Indians have been.
Fortunately, the extreme distances mean that it might be impossible for any being in the universe to make such a trip. I am hoping that that is the case, or at least that they wait to fuck the earth until after I die from other causes.
