I had a terrible roommate once. (I wasn't sleeping with him, so it is different) but we were living together after having a huge blowout for about 8 months. We didn't say a word to each other.
You learn each other's schedule. You stick to your side of the apartment. Hopefully after things calm down a bit, you can talk and at least be cordial. My roommate and I never were, but maybe you can be.
