I understand what the Bible states. I am a Christian however he is not.
It would seem the unbeliever is doing the raping...
But the person telling her to submit to the rape is a Christian and he is using the bible to justify his position. To be fair, this is a fundamentalist position and I don't think that it is shared by most Christians.
