'Person' is a legal term; 'human' is a biological one. It is an indisputable biological fact that a fetus is a human being. As such, we do have moral obligations to other human beings, unless you're a nihilist. I can; however, accept that those obligations may vary depending on circumstances, from minimal to extensive.

Uh huh. Ok. I could be a Kantian or a Utilitarian and still disagree that a fetus constitutes a human being and that I have any duty to ensure its survival. So, you're wrong that one need be a nihilist to make a rational moral decision in my favor here.
