How would you feel about it if a religious friend of yours was constantly on your butt about your atheism? Wouldn't you feel it's none of their business and not their place to keep bugging you about it?
What I'm saying is that it's the same thing the other way around. You would be doing the exact same thing if you kept bugging someone about their theism.
That constitutes making fun to you?
I'm not specifying whether it's done by making fun or not. I'm just saying in general, to be constantly on someone's butt about their beliefs, or lack thereof. Regardless of if it's done by making fun or just by telling them.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."
