Isn't the humanism though? Atheism includes Buddhism and they follow a strict path.

Atheism is not a philosophy of any sort. It is simply a stance on the belief in the existence of gods. Individual philosophies differ greatly, regardless of belief system (or lack thereof).

That's why I chose the word "opportunity". It does not magically open your eyes to the things I said previous, but it does give you the opportunity to pursue them.
