It sounds like you're confusing anal sex with rape too.
It is only natural in that it is of this world. The act can only be painful as the anus is designed soley for defecation. The butt is germ ridden and for sitting on and getting rid is body wastes. It is hard to see how a man would consent to this but I think it is a problem on the spiritually ill.
But it's easy to see how a woman consents to this?
