We are not equal in our crimes. I have never committed the crime that guy did. Nor have I ever committed a worse or comparable crime. So I am better than he is.
I would hope that you are better than him, too, but given your determination to maintain that he isn't that bad, it makes me wonder.
But let us see if we can get you to see reason. Do you believe everyone deserves to be put in prison? Or do you believe that only some people deserve to be put in prison? If you believe the latter, then you don't think everyone is equal or equally bad.
