Funny.... I just had, probably, my first win7 blue screen, too.
But mine was related to the graphics driver... there was a line about nv[something].dll... that nv tells you it's about nVidia.
If you rebooted and everything seems normal, just proceed as normal.
If you don't have any decent antivirus software, I advise the free Avira... av-comparatives claims that it's the best of the free ones.
