Just take it for what it is, one human helping another, and leave it at that. Don't give to much significance to the 'blessed" word. How many times have you been "blessed" after sneezing? I don't get bent out of shape when that happens, bet you don't either (but I could be wrong). Hell, I even slip some times and say "bless you", but I try to add "said the atheist". However, I can't stand to be blessed in person, face to face. Especially if they know I'm an atheist. Telling me to "have a blessed day" I find totally offensive. Got one christer lady that tells me that every time I see her. I typically respond with "thanks for offending the atheist".I don't mean to tell you how to feel or respond to people, but maybe you could save yourself a lot of bad energy if you think of being told to have a blessed day the same way you might think of being told may the force be with you or your call is very important to me so please leave your name and number. It's all bullshit based on fantasy so why let something somebody said determine how you will feel the rest of the day?
I like doing RAK's for PIF's. Makes me feel good. Grocery store is my favorite place to do them.
Trust me, they in no way will ruin my day. Just a moment of mental "fuck you" and then it passes, like ether.
I don't have an anger problem, I have an idiot problem.
