Have you tried splitting your allowed calories between four meals, or having a healthyish filling snack that isn't cookies?
You know three just does it for me pretty well. Lately I'm eating my biggest meal in the morning, second biggest for lunch and lightest at night.
But today I fell hard off the wagon. Went to target to see about getting a new speaker, saw an easter candy display and started thinking about how I ought to have a little chocolate for easter. Ended up getting a bag of rocky road dark chocolate bark. 3.5 servings in the bag but once I started in on it I didn't stop until it was gone. About 800 calories. And the feeling afterwords, nauseated. Don't think I'll be doing that again for a long while. Oh well, someone hold the horse still and I'll see if I can get back up on this wagon.
