But months ago, after I moved in, a sub contractor for my cable company left an expensive telescopic poll at my house. It is used to drag the cable under the house so the worker doesn't have to crawl under the house. The subcontractor guy FINALLY picked it up today. I cant believe how long it took because I called my cable company several times since he left it here. Turned out the device he left cost $300 bucks.
Bad protocol on communication. Someone calls your business up, and you are using a sub contractor, tickets are used to track where you go. They should have been back to pick the tool up latest the next day.
