Yeah you're always blaming Muslims for being wrong fractions but you got to face the truth: Islam can not provide the secular constitutional framework necessary for running a modern state.

I mean even if you look at Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948 and compare it with Islamic Laws you can see how primitive Islam is.

I mean look at these acts from Universal Declaration of Human Rights
Article 2: “Everyone is entitled to all rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.”

The Quran said so -and its followers fought hordes of Kuffar for 1400 years- to make this a reality, the Quran:

"Their Lord" = Allah. He is our lord.
Actually; we Muslims knew the word human rights in times where people were getting cooked alive in Europe for defying kings.

While in Islam Women are inferior under Islamic law; their testimony in a court of law is worth half that of a man; their movement is strictly restricted; they cannot marry non-Muslims.

No. I'm despised in Saudi Arabia for tribal reasons mainly. Currently it is very welcomed in the kingdom to drink alcohol and have sex openly, under the rule of MBS.

It depends on the version of Islam you choose; and what tribalism + Middle Eastern habits you toss with it. It's a mixture enough to cause  stuff like 9/11.

Slavery is recognized in the Koran. Muslims are allowed to cohabit with any of their female slaves (sura 4.3); they are allowed to take possession of married women if they are slaves (sura 4.28). The helpless position of the slave in regard to his or her master illustrates the helpless position of the false gods of Arabia in the presence of their Creator (sura 16.77).

The first verse didn't even contain the word "slave" neither in English nor in Arabic.

The second  verse doesn't even speak about women  !!!!
