Before that, a Dallas linebacker intercepted a gift from Alex Smith and returned it to the 2. Dallas tries another goofy trick play that loses 10 yards. I'm for Detroit and against Dallas on Thanksgiving games.
You don't have to trick deer. They have routines and take the same paths. The only skill involved is marksmanship and field dressing.
I have never seen such a needless horrible coaching call. Especially only being 4 points down with over 12 minutes to go. Dallas just completely fell apart after that play.
