Quote:Paraplegic shot, killed armed intruder.....JOHNSTOWN, Ohio, July 23 (UPI)...John Mutter, 33, was asleep in his Johnstown home and awoke to find a man pointing a gun at him early Sunday, The Columbus (Ohio) Dispatch reported.
Mutter, who lost the use of his legs after a car crash about a year ago,..."He kept a weapon nearby because he lived alone, and it was the only way to protect himself,"

What? Maybe I don't understand. Is this posted up as an example of good gun use? That the paraplegic had a gun handy to shoot an intruder who was armed with a gun?
A gun that the intruder found that the paraplegic had left laying about?
Is this an example of responsible gun use, to sleep in a bed with a loaded gun, not even under a pillow, but under the sheets with you?
How many more people are going to die before the inevitable happens to this car crash victim and the gun in the bed goes off by 'accident'?
