I don't know how you could prove that, I think it's known sort of that most black people have some white european genetics in them. So say for example if black people were scientifically proven to be inferior how would that work?
Also i think it would be impossible to maintain any sort of human rights abuses against a race, i know if someone told me because i have polish in my family I'm inferior and that they are going to try and oppress my family I'd try my hardest to kill them.
The best thing to do is let natural selection sort things out.
