Prove may be too strong a word, but it's a well known correlate of poverty that poor mothers receive less pre-natal care and lower quality pre-natal care than more affluent mothers, including generally poorer pre-natal nutrition. It seems perfectly plausible that this would have a negative impact upon the intelligence of the developing fetus.

Poverty causes many things, among them a higher risk to get ill and to die earlier than the average life expectancy. It also causes low education, since the families can't afford to send their kids to university. Even in countries where you don't have to pay for it. You still have to eat, find some cloths and have a place to bunk down. In short, you eat up resources that aren't available in the first place.

It's got nothing to do with intelligence, apart from the fact that measuring intelligence is more and more debated among scientists and doctors.

But in the video you got to a point and said "Now dealing with the claims of racists"  Then went onto say low IQ is caused by poverty according to these articles.  But what are the actual claims of racists?

The only claim that I would make is that people from different regions show some trends in having higher or lower IQ and higher or lower intelligence. Also trends associated with being different in other ways, like being better or worse at certain sports and so on.

Just in the same way people from certain regions in Africa are better sprinters than most other people in the world, Jewish people and Asian people occupy jobs which require a certain level and certain type of intelligence.  Jewish people tend to dominate finance and law, Asian people from specific areas of Asia tend to dominate IT jobs and other jobs requiring high intelligence.

This claim doesn't have much to do with race it's just regional, there are different body types in different regions of Africa aswell as Asia and they don't permeate throughout all black people or all Asian people.
