On my last time off I watched "Of men and monsters."
While there were a fek-tonn of the usual tropes (Evil mega-corp, corrupt military, naive/stupid technicians, native/locals with guns but kind of hearts of gold. Robot 'Learning' to be aware etc.) the effects were pretty good for such a budget and there were some naffy plot changes along with good performances/acting all round.
Kind of would recommend.
Don't watch the trailer. Who the fek makes the trailers now days? They give away/ruin way too much of the movie.
